FCC的由来

Federal Communications Commission，美国联邦通信委员会的简写，根据美国联邦通讯法规相关部分(CFR 47部分)中规定，凡进入美国的电子类产品都需要进行电磁兼容认证，也就是FCC认证

FCC认证类型

Certification(认证)、DOC（符合性验证）、Verification（自我验证或声明），要求逐步降低

哪些产品需要FCC认证？

• 有IC、机板、发声的产品，工作频率超过1.75M的产品都要经过FCC及IC认证，
• 带马达（磁力线圈类部件）的产品，频率超过0.9M的都要经过FCC及IC认证，
• 由于频率难以确定，上述两类产品都要做认证，而不管频率多少。

不同类型产品的FCC认证模式

• 无线遥控产品：需要做certification，发射部分需要拿到ID号
• 其他电子类产品：需要做SDoC，获取有资质的第三方实验室报告.

FCC标识

产品及包装上（或说明书）都需要FCC及IC标识，分别要求如下：

• 带无线遥控的产品上的标识:

A 发射产品上: ID XXXXXXXX.可以用贴纸或丝印等方式，

B 接收部分的标识如下（30MHz以下的接收器不用加贴--参考FCC15.101）：

Trade Name:(品名或公司名)

Module No. （产品型号）

C 包装或说明书（或吊卡）上的标识:

FCC标识方法

布标、丝印移印、贴纸（贴纸必须是过胶或胶质的,且粘贴牢固）等。

其他注意事项

• 不准贴在电池盖等可移除的部件上，可张贴在底座等不影响外观的位置.
• 包装上标识的文种与其他包装文字文种对应, 产品上则可只要英文如彩盒是英法文的,则也需要英法文.
